1. Watch the Chakra 5 videos again, listen to the MP3’s and read and study the video slides:

I highly recommend that you use these resources we have provided for you. Aim to watch each video at least twice.

2. Download the zip file to your computer:

At the bottom of this page you will find a zip file, which contains all of the lesson resources for Chakra 5.  

And now… your homework for the next two weeks.

1. Do the advanced version of the CCM:

From now on, I’d like you to cleanse and strengthen your chakras at your own pace. This will deepen your connection to your chakras and your CCM practice.

2. Focus on the area of chakra 5:

During the next two weeks, make it a habit to have some of your awareness in the chakra 5 region of your body, in your throat area.

Try as much as you can to feel these areas of your body, and hold you awareness there while you are doing day to day things.

3. Sing in the Shower:

This is our favourite exercise to strengthen chakra 5. It’s time to limber up those voice muscles and let the neighbours hear your gorgeous – or not so gorgeous. Lol! – voice.

4. Use ‘What Your Chakra 5 Loves Tips’:

Make sure to download and use this PDF so that you can give your chakra 5 as much loving as you possibly can in these next two weeks!

5. Activate the energy of the Goddess of Soul:

You will do this by using this online form and asking for my assistance with this. This is the online form for the weekly White Light healings, which you also receive in my weekly newsletter.

In the ‘Your Healing Wish’ field, type in ‘Activate the energy of the Goddess of Soul’ or ‘Support in strengthening chakra 5’. This way I can give you an extra boost of White Light and support for the healing of your chakra 5.

You can also use this form to tell me how I can energetically support you further.

6. Keep a journal or diary:

Many people greatly benefit from taking notes and reflecting on what they experience and what ‘comes up for them’ during the CCM and course lessons. This isn’t mandatory –  but it’s a great help.
