1. Watch the White Light 1 videos again, listen to the MP3’s and read and study the video slides:

I highly recommend that you use these resources we have provided for you. Aim to watch each video at least twice.

2. Download the zip file to your computer:

At the bottom of this page you will find a zip file, which contains all of the lesson resources for White Light 1.

And now… your homework for the next two weeks.

1. Keep doing the advanced version of the CCM + do it more often:

Keep up with this practice.

2. Use the 3 Steps to Easily Channel White Light:

During the next two weeks you will practice channeling the White Light. The 3 Steps to Easily Channel the White Light PDF is under these notes.

3. Use the 3 Steps to Quickly Removing Blockages Using White Light:

During the next two weeks you will also practice quickly removing blockages using the White Light. The PDF is under these notes.

4. Ask for assistance with channeling the White Light:

You will do this by using this online form and asking for my assistance with this. This is the online form for the weekly White Light healings, which you also receive in my weekly newsletter.

In the ‘Your Healing Wish’ field, type in ‘Help with learning to channel the White Light’ or ‘Support in removing blockages with the White Light’. This way I can give you an extra boost of White Light and support you.

5. Keep a journal or diary:

Many people greatly benefit from taking notes and reflecting on what they experience and what ‘comes up for them’ during Module 2. This isn’t mandatory – but it’s a great help.
